Three-Ring Binder with Spring-Loaded Catch Mechanism for Easy Shelving

Binder for loose-leaf pages ("3-ring") includes a catch mechanism at the top of the spine.

The catch mechanism is spring loaded such that it can be depressed manual:

and then spring back into expanded position when pressure is released:

A bookshelf includes a top shelf equipped with sockets into which the catch mechanism can expand when released.

In this way, loose-leaf binders can be kept in an orderly fashion more easily.
